Benedict Morelli

Benedict is a Graduate from the City College and a law alumnae of New York Law School.1973. He started his career at the New York State Bar. He worked as the senior partner to the New York State Bar. Morelli established his law firm in 1981where he partnered till 1998 when he dissolved the firm. Benedict then established the Benedict & Associates firm which was later renamed as Morelli Law Firm. Benedict stands for his clients in the Employment Discrimination cases.

Benedict has worked on several multi- million dollar rulings in diverse areas for forty-five years and above. Ask for any civil case, and you will be told he has done it. Some of his multi-dollar verdicts have even been highlighted in the National Journal of Law. In 2010 and 2011, Benedict headed counsels in trying two historical cases in the US law, one on the Polio vaccine and the other on Sexual harassment. Benedict’s outstanding law skills has led lawyers handing over their cases to him and many judges recommending clients to him. Bernard has also served in many of the country’s topmost law positions.

 

Bernard has received awards as the best lawyers since 1997.Almost every television in the country has set a program to host Mr. Morelli and his story written in published. Bernard has lectured various law associations and advocacies in the US.He was appointed to steer the MDL committee in the Avandia drug litigation. Currently, Bernard and his firm are representing mass tort lawsuits to several claimants.
